Built a no-code platform from scratch used in 190+ countries. Filed 7 patents, raised funding, and pioneered the transition to AI-first operations – reducing the team from 25 to 2 while maintaining 99.9% uptime.
G1 Software
Co-founded and chaired G1 Software, overseeing product strategy and technology vision across multiple product lines. Established engineering culture and architectural standards that scaled with the business.
GSE
Served as CTO and advisory board member, guiding technical architecture decisions, vendor selection, and strategic technology roadmap for the organization.
Feebme
Led Feebme as CEO – a feedback and engagement platform. Managed full product lifecycle from ideation through development, go-to-market strategy, and team building.

Led technology strategy and engineering for a growing software company. Established architecture standards, development practices, and built the engineering team from the ground up.
Kazzinc-Shakhtostroy / Glencore
Led IT operations for a mining subsidiary of Glencore, one of the world's largest commodity trading companies. Managed infrastructure modernization and digital transformation in industrial environments.
EMIS
Provided CTO-level leadership for EMIS, helping evolve the platform into a more efficient, intelligent, and operationally resilient hotel management system. Drove the team's transition toward AI-powered workflows, optimized infrastructure and support costs, designed failover and recovery strategies for critical incidents, and introduced automated provisioning to strengthen reliability and simplify product operations at scale.
QueueStone
Advised QueueStone on the modernization of its ERP platform for mental health providers, with a focus on AI adoption and operational efficiency. Introduced practical AI tools into the software delivery lifecycle, helped optimize development and QA costs, and improved team management processes to support faster, smarter, and more sustainable product execution.
FluxoPay
Led the AI-driven transformation of FluxoPay's delivery operations by introducing a wide range of automation and productivity tools across the workflow. Restructured the engineering organization into a lean, highly efficient team model, reducing operational overhead while preserving delivery speed, execution quality, and scalability.
MetalPromIndustries
Provided executive-level technology leadership for MetalProm Industries, leading the design and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure. Advised in-house staff on infrastructure setup, best practices, and technical organization, helping create a more resilient, structured, and scalable environment to support long-term operations.
Activity Control
Built the architecture behind Activity Control, a business-critical platform for employee monitoring, activity tracking, and operational analytics. Directed the engineering team, defined development standards, and drove core technical decisions that turned the product into a robust, scalable, and enterprise-ready system.
Strazh
Led the architectural design of Strazh, a high-security platform for automated visitor clearance and pass issuance at restricted sites. Built the product framework around document intelligence, facial authentication, and trusted identity validation, delivering a scalable and resilient solution tailored for regulated and mission-critical environments.
Face Recognition System
Served as CTO for a machine vision-based Face Recognition System, overseeing product architecture, engineering execution, and core technology decisions. Built the technical foundation for accurate facial recognition, robust camera integration, and dependable system performance in demanding operational settings.
