Working with Oleg starts with a $5,000 fixed-price Team & AI Audit. Most clients then bring him on as a fractional CTO at $5,000–10,000/month to restructure the team around AI — typically replacing 10 developers with 1–2 AI-augmented engineers shipping 3× faster. Advisory-only starts at $3,000/month. All engagements are month-to-month.

How much does a fractional CTO cost?

With Oleg: a fixed-price Team & AI Audit at $5,000, ongoing fractional CTO leadership — including the AI team transformation — at $5,000–10,000/month depending on involvement, or advisory-only from $3,000/month. Compare that to $200,000+/year plus equity for a full-time CTO, on top of a full team's payroll.

What if we want to stop?

Everything is month-to-month. Say the word and the engagement ends at the end of the month — you keep all deliverables, documentation, and infrastructure. No lock-in is the point.

Are you going to fire my whole team?

No — the audit shows what the right size actually is. Typically your strongest 1–2 engineers stay and become dramatically more productive with AI tooling; the roadmap includes a fair, low-chaos transition plan for the rest. What timezone do you work in?

US Pacific (SF Bay Area), async-first. Telegram and email get answers within hours; calls schedule comfortably across US and European timezones.
