Advisory-only starts at $3,000/month. All engagements are month-to-month.

With Oleg: a fixed-price Team & AI Audit at $5,000, ongoing fractional CTO leadership — including the AI team transformation — at $5,000–10,000/month depending on involvement, or advisory-only from $3,000/month. What if we want to stop?
Everything is month-to-month. Say the word and the engagement ends at the end of the month — you keep all deliverables, documentation, and infrastructure. No lock-in is the point.
Are you going to fire my whole team?
No — the audit shows what the right size actually is. Typically your strongest 1–2 engineers stay and become dramatically more productive with AI tooling; the roadmap includes a fair, low-chaos transition plan for the rest.
