How much does a fractional CTO cost?
The audit is $5,000. CTO work is $5,000–10,000 a month; advisory starts at $3,000 a month. The monthly price reflects the work you need and my involvement. We agree on tasks, time and responsibilities before starting. Prices are in USD.
What if we want to stop?
Ongoing work is agreed month by month. You can finish at the end of a month and keep the code, documentation and infrastructure.
Does working with AI mean reducing the team?
We start with your goal: faster releases, less rework or lower costs. The pilot improves how your existing team works. If changes to team structure would help, we discuss them separately. Staffing decisions stay with you.
What timezone do you work in?
US Pacific (SF Bay Area), async-first. Telegram and email get answers within hours; calls schedule comfortably across US and European timezones.
