What happens right after I pay?
You get an access checklist and a link to schedule the kickoff call, where you walk me through the team, the product, and what already worries you. The five business days start once read access is in place. Nothing in your systems changes during that window.
What access do you need, and can you sign an NDA?
Read-only access to your repositories, issue tracker, delivery pipeline, and cloud billing, plus short interviews with the founders and engineering leads. I sign an NDA on request before anything is shared. Nothing gets deployed, changed, or deleted during the audit.
What does the guarantee mean, and what if you find less than $50,000?
The audit is guaranteed to identify at least $50,000/year in combined payroll, cloud, and LLM savings. If the report comes in under that number, you pay nothing and the fee is refunded in full. Every figure is annualized and shown with the arithmetic behind it, so you can check the total yourself.
Will you tell us to fire everyone?
No. The audit tells you what the right team size actually is, and in practice your strongest one or two engineers stay and get far more leverage with AI tooling. For the roles that do go, the roadmap includes an orderly transition plan, because a team gutted overnight ships nothing.
