You receive an access checklist and a link to schedule the kickoff. We discuss your product, team and questions. The five business days begin when read-only access is ready.
What access do you need, and can you sign an NDA?
Read-only access to code, tasks, builds and cloud bills, plus short interviews with founders and technical leads. I can sign an NDA before you share data. The audit does not include changes to your systems.
What does the guarantee mean, and what if you find less than $50,000?
I estimate the annual savings available across team workflows, cloud and AI spending. If the total is below $50,000, I refund the full fee. The report includes the calculations and assumptions. Realized savings depend on implementing the selected changes.
Does this mean reducing the team?
The recommendations depend on your goals. Savings may come from faster workflows, automation or infrastructure changes. If a change to team structure makes sense, we discuss the reasons and transition separately.
What happens after the audit?
Two options, and either is fine with me. The plan is written so your team can execute it without me, or I run the transformation with you as your fractional CTO at $5,000–10,000/month, month-to-month. The audit price and the guarantee don't depend on which one you pick.
